Yes, non-ambulatory people or those with reduced lower limb functionality get free access. The accompanying person pays a reduced ticket. Guests with disabilities who can use the attractions benefit from a reduced ticket. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of the free and/or reduced ticket, appropriate documentation confirming your health status must be presented at the ticket office when entering the park.
UMBRELLAS AND LOCKERS
The price of a parasol varies depending on the season: €12 in June, July and September, and €15 in August. If you’d like to book one online (subject to availability), there’s an additional charge, but there are also large parasols and free shaded spots available.
Umbrella + two loungers, so you can relax between dives, and a storage box.
If you book online, you’re guaranteed one, but if there’s no availability left, try asking at the ticket office on the same day.
Your reserved sun umbrella must be claimed by 2:00 PM. After that time, if it has not been claimed, it may be made available to other guests.
ATTRACTIONS AND POOLS

BAD WEATHER
If the park has to close due to bad weather, we will communicate everything on our official channels.
If the park closes, you can use your entrance ticket on another day during the season. However, the umbrella booking cannot be refunded.
