General rules of the park

  • Entries are non refundable and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
  • Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather, blackouts or maintenance-works are not offered.
  • The management reserves the right to close any ride or Park at any time for safety/technical reasons and without prior notice nor refunds.
  • During low-turnout-days some attractions may not be available.
  • Under no circumstances will the management be responsible for any loss, damage, claim injury, direct or indirect, caused or incurred as a result of any imprudence or non-compliance with all the safety regulations and instructions as stated by the Park. The Management disclaims any responsibility for what deposited in the lockers or left inside the park.
  • For your protection, specific safety requirements may be enforced on some rides and slides. Please follow any given instructions as provided by the Park employees or regulation.
  • Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and supervised by maintaining visual contact by their parent/guardian at all times.
  • Keep the entrance ticket at disposal for any inspection as required by the staff. Any person catched without ticket will be forced to leave the park.
  • Sun loungers available until stock lasts. Sun umbrellas are to hire.
  • Use the facilities with care and be respectful to the others.
  • Park fully accessible to disabled people.
  • For safety reasons, the park area is under constant video surveillance. Article 13 d.lgs.196/2003.
  • By purchasing a ticket you entirely accept the possibility of being photographed either by the staff or by any of the automatic devices installed on the attractions.

Safety regulations

Every pool and slide of this park has been specially designed and built ​​in order to ensure maximum safety to any person.

Any person in the Park must:

  • Carefully follow any given instruction as presented on the posters at each attraction.
  • Do not ride a slide wearing jewelry of any kind. No bracelets, no necklaces, no earrings, no watches.
  • Seriously follow any instruction or suggestion as spoken by the staff.
  • Immediately leave the pool once out of each ride. Violators will be forced to leave the park and, when necessary, reported to the police.
  • Any accident occurred in the Park must be reported to the head of the infirmary right away. False statements will be legally prosecuted;
  • Use showers and foot baths before entering the swimming pool area.
  • Use clogs or slippers when on barefoot paths;
  • Use swimsuits resistant to the products used for the treatment of the waters and of shapes and sizes in order to not offend the sensibilities of other people.
  • Lifeguards will not allow those wearing inadequate swimsuits to ride a slide or stay in the Park.
  • Use special costumes for children under the age of 3 years.

 It is also strictly forbidden:

  • The use of slides for the faint-hearted, for pregnant women and, in general, for those who have poor health.
  • Running the pool, play dangerous games, diving, gliding with the head down, kneeling and introducing animals and glass of any source in the park.
  • Climbing on masonry structures, climbing on rocks and climbing on the water games and slides.
